Conditions of exchange
We only exchange non-defective items, which are in their original condition, have not been worn, tampered with or washed, and still have all their tags attached.
You can only exchange one item for a different size. We can not exchange a given item against a different item, or item of a given color, against the same item of a different color.
You can only trade the same item once for a different size.
Items must be returned in a single package. We reserve the right to refuse returns of the same order sent in several times.
Returns for exchange must be made at your expense the import and shipping costs and the carrier of your choice.
Custom products can not be returned.

We make sure that each of our customers has a fully satisfying shopping experience, from choosing your items on site to delivering them to your doorstep. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to retract. The package must be returned within 30 days against refound. The items must be returned to us in their packaging and in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the delivery slip initially received with your package.
Any notification of the return of your items must be notified in advance by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
It is advisable to send the package with tracking and keep the tracking number. After receipt of your parcel by the supplier, the refund will be made between 3 to 7 days. You will be notified by email as soon as the refund has been processed.
- The "return" shipping costs are your responsibility
- The 0.5% bank transaction fee will be withheld from the purchase amount
- Packages must be returned to the sender's address indicated on the slip provided by the carrier.
Special case :
